Payments
- Currently we are only accepting payment through credit/debit cards.
- We accept COD in some special cases but it is rare. Generally we require a good relationship before we do COD.
- We are working on allowing you to setup an account but it currently isn't set up. Thank you for your patience.
Shipping Policy
- We ship the day we have payment.
- It is generally 3 to 5 business days for shipping depending on where you are. We are located in Commerce California so for the east coast it will be 4-5 days while on the west coast closer to 2-3.
- We don't fold our bumper covers unless specified by a -F on the end of the SKU and the description starts with "FOLDED".
Return Policy
- 30 day return window
- You must notify us of damages within seven days. (Please provide pictures showing the damages)
- Return label will be provided for non freight package
- For freight items, we offer a 30-day return policy for any non-damaged products and a 7-day return window for any items that arrive in damaged condition; however, the buyer must pay for the return labels on freight items which are undamaged. Freight items are Hoods, Bumpers, and Fenders generally with some exceptions.
